There was no issue with the hotel, only the booking agency. Booking.com was very evasive when trying to book the hotel on line. We wanted to book direct with the hotel. Instead of giving us their number, they said that they did all of their bookings. At no point did they say they were Booking.com. The only fees mentioned on the site was a $18 and $2 fee. There was actually a $80 fee that we were charged. We actually asked to match fees on the Internet thinking we were getting that price, but did not! The only resolution with a supervisor was a $15 credit on my credit card. I tried to reach out to clarify and there were no calls returned. Never again will I book with this company!

We enjoyed our stay but in pool area in evening three kids no adults screaming nonstop, chairs in pool, not relaxing at all waiting for one of them to get hurt we left area.
